WHO WE ARE
We are a Russian team of professionals who have been developing and producing polymer membranes for over 30 years.

We built the first production plant in Russia which producing ultrafiltration modules. We make hollow fiber ultrafiltration membranes from PES and PVDF polymers using proven, perfected technology that provides characteristics that surpass competitors, and, therefore, allows our customers to receive modules with the highest quality.

We have our own technologies for the production of hollow fiber ultrafiltration membranes from polyethersulfone (PES) polymer and polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) polymer

PES HOLLOW FIBER ULTRAFILTRATION MEMBRANE

The membrane's selective layer is located on the inner surface, thus implementing the "inside-out" operating mode. The fiber has a sponge like structure (without macrovoids) with an average selective pore of 20 nm and a outer surface with high porosity.

PVDF HOLLOW FIBER ULTRAFILTRATION MEMBRANE

Our company has successfully replaced 1,680 units of Pentair Aquaflex 55 modules to TMT-UFPES-A at the Western Water Treatment Plant of Mosvodokanal JSC. This project required the transition of production to continuous operation and maintaining this pace for six months.

INGE Dizzer, analogue INGE Dizzer
Our company has mastered the production of ultrafiltration modules in the INGE housing. A distinctive feature of this housing is the absence of a central perforated filtrate outlet pipe. The filtrate is discharged through a side pipe in the housing itself. Now we can change the INGE ultrafiltration modules without additional strapping one to one.
